System will not recognise my existing email and password.
Contacting the company is designed to be difficult.
Robot Anna can't process the simplest of requests;
you get sent round and round in the chat space and
suffer the same thing on the phone.
It is unacceptably poor customer response system. Awaiting call back in 3 hours!!!
