Transferred from Lloyds Direct who I've been using for years - can't login, can't create another account, doesn't recognise my patient number, can't talk to anyone on the phone, emails go unanswered. I have wasted hours of my life with this!!!
Registered with Boot's who connected in seconds to my GP records and have ordered my medication.
I wish Lloyds had given at least some notice but I guess my details were part of the package that this shoddy Pharmacy2U paid for.
Stay away from this company, then there is no way of communicating except through a chatbot - NO THANK YOU 👋
