As already reported - unable to send an email, unable to speak to a person, unable to get any access to Helpdesk, unable to get any transfer via the bot which keeps asking the same question when I've said NO to question - won't transfer me to close my account, just hangs up.
Appalling that medication is being dealt with in this way. Have now open a NHS Account with Boots.
