Awful! Prescription wasn’t sent out on time. Phoned the company who said they would give me a code to collect it from my local pharmacy instead - pharmacy said the code was invalid so had to pay for an emergency prescription to keep me going. Rang the company to ask them to send the prescription but I wasn’t happy to be charged because of their error and had already had to pay the pharmacy and they refused to help me or refund me or even just send out this prescription for free. Do not use
