I've waited for weeks to get hold of my medication, and when I speak to the GP they have said the fault is with Pharmacy2U. The automated line either hangs up, or, if I do get a call back hours later, I get condescending call handlers implying it's because I don't know how to use software. The system still says the order is pending GP approval, but the GP says it's with Pharmacy2U. I'm left completely out of medication and no where to turn.
I would urge caution using this provider, the service I'd had so far has been terrible, the online service barely useable and, as a tech savvy 30-something, that's really saying something!
