Terrible service!!!! Page doesn't work, bots certainly don't and cannot even get my list of meds correct no matter how many times i call them, chat to their bot or try and change it. Tel often not working and just refers you to bot. When finally through I had a horrible conversation with one of their staff 18th July when a woman told me "Well, if you cannot be bothered to go to the Dr's to correct repeat prescription list, then you cannot have meds!!!!" after I told her that I was disabled & had everything delivered !!! How rude is that. They couldn't care less about anyone !!! I'm on valium, many medication and anti-depressants but thinking of quitting all as I cannot fight this lot and fed up with soooooo many other chemists. It's not worth it !!!
