Total shambles. Took over 12 days to receive my prescription when I could’ve got it from the chemist within 48 hours! Getting a response from them was even worse with them saying I should’ve given them 7 to 10 days notice! Their email was totally blasé and had lack of ownership or the need of help. Ended up missing my vital prescription and so I have cancelled it and come back to my original way. I would avoid.
