Don't bother. It'd be quicker to get a Chemistry Masters and make your own meds than use P2U.
Got all the mail's saying prescriptions were due, dispatched etc however nothing. Tring to get hold of them well you may as well not bother.
Eventually I received a call from the pharmacy I'd previously collected from telling me they had a prescription ready for me. I explained that I'd swapped to P2U. They weren't suprised.
Fair to say my repeats are now being collected from the pharmacy again.
