Have been with Pharmacy 2u for 6 months and I have had no problems until this month whereby I am still waiting for my current prescription which they have now had for over a week. No notification received from them stating there was a problem, tried to ring 30 mins waiting time, gave up & decided to e-mail, got a reply next morning stating there was a delay & to contact them which I did on the ring back system. I decided to carry on as an internal memo had been sent to dispensing & it could take 3 days to reply. Rang after 2 days, again 30min, but they did ring back told they would chase it up and let me know today, still waiting. Was told they are taking on extra staff, we'll see! Have 3 stars as up to this month they have been ok.
