Repeat prescriptions on multiple occasions failed to be sent to doctors. They claim they have sent the request. But it’s clear they haven’t and my doctors proved to me that they didn’t receive the request. My medication is for my mental health and they play Russian roulette with your life. The customer helpline is a joke you can be waiting for up to 1 hour to speak with someone
My intention is now to take them to the ombudsman and get another supplier like echo
