When I first started using this service, it was a decent service and once everything was in place, it worked well. Since then I have encountered a number of issues with delays in delivery, the latest received today stating that there will be a week's delay due to stock issues. I am convinced this is nothing more than them becoming victims of their success and not having sufficient infrastructure to meet demand. I am going to be looking at alternative provision as I am dependant on my medication and delays are dangerous! The last time, I was waiting for antibiotics for 2-weeks!
