I put a script for 8 items on 13.4.20, 12 days later status still says order being prepared. When I finally managed to speak to someone on the phone after getting cut off many times, they admitted meds out of stock. No dates for expected delivery.
When asked to return my script to the nhs spine so someone else could fill it, they only returned 3 of my 8 monthly items.
I am in 12 week shielding as in highest risk group.
Emails get returned/bounced back saying we are closed try again tomorrow. Whole service shocking, should be reported.
