Ordered on September 7th. Pharmacy2U kept saying they hadn't received approval from the GP until I contacted GP on 15th who confirmed they had sent it, and I got the prescription number. Sent this to Pharmacy2U who said it was "downloading as we speak" - the "download" never completed after a further 2 days (with no explanation as to what was wrong or if it would ever be fixed).
Managed to find local supply so requested they release the prescription. They said it would be done by 5pm. It was not done so thus far I haven't been able to get my medication.
I received multiple assurances that they were looking into the issue and but then nobody got back to me with any updates until I contacted them again.
Appalling service and dangerous to withhold people's medication for so long without communication.
I strongly recommend you do not use Pharmacy2U
