Seeking a refund was a dead end as they callously rejected it, leaving me stuck with an unwanted purchase. Their excuse? Canceling orders affects their ratings, so they opted to send a random product instead. Their deceitfulness and lack of accountability are appalling. They not only failed to deliver what they promised but also refused to admit their misleading tactics. To make matters worse, Amazon supported this unscrupulous behavior. Take heed, fellow shoppers!
