“My item was ordered through Amazon I had no idea that I would recive my product in a box with no safety styrofoam and a broken glass cologne bottle that almost cut my hand when I opened it. The product spilled out all over my house.”

Pharmapacks left me utterly disappointed! They advertised a product, but instead of delivering what I ordered, they shipped something completely different, claiming they hadn't stocked the item for a while. Seeking a refund was a dead end as they callously rejected it, leaving me stuck with an unwanted purchase. Their excuse? Canceling orders affects their ratings, so they opted to send a random product instead.
Their deceitfulness and lack of accountability are appalling. They not only failed to deliver what they promised but also refused to admit their misleading tactics. To make matters worse, Amazon supported this unscrupulous behavior.
Take heed, fellow shoppers! Avoid Pharmapacks unless you're ready to risk being duped into buying something you never wanted and losing your money with no chance of getting it back. It's a frustrating experience that no one should endure!”
