Filing a claim is tedious. You have to download a form, full itnout and then attach it to a e-mail along with your receipt. I would rather log into an account or sign into a App and just upload the receipt. Once you do that it takes days, sometimes over a week to get tour claim approved. If they need more information it takes longer. Once your claim has been approved it still takes a day or two (business days, not calendar days) to have the money deposited into your account. I will say that the customer service people are outstanding.
