“Didn't realize my claim had been settled. Money was deposited directly into my account but no notification sent. Deposit made by Can pet...Thank you so much but maybe an email would be a good idea.”

“I chose PHI direct for my dogs as the sign up was very straight forward, the prices are affordable (since I have 2 dogs) and the website promised to have supportive staff in case of questions or problems. And I did not get disappointed. My first claim went through smoothly, got paid out fast and all questions in-between got answered immediately.”

“Super happy with the PHI service and speed of actioning claims. It takes me a few minutes to complete the form and within 72 hours, the claim is processed and the money is in my bank account!”

“My Mac needed serious life saving surgery and there is no way we could have afforded it without PHIDirect. A 4000 dollar surgery ended up costing less than a thousand once we got the insurance money back and the turn around time was super fast as well which meant my family didn't have to suffer either. Thank you so much PHIDirect!”

“Spent about $1000 in one day for my dog because he was looking ill and I knew something was wrong. PHI processed this claim super quick in less than a week and covered a huge part of all the services we went in for. Customer service is very friendly and I couldn't ask for more. Atlas is feeling way better and having PHI Direct makes it much less stressful for us should things arise in the future!”

“Our dog Sage became severely ill only 2 months after signing with PHI Direct. We submitted a number of claims in one month and with only a few follow up questions we were paid in full within 2 weeks. The customer service has been absolutely wonderful - responsive and friendly. We would recommend PHI Direct to any pet owner looking for an affordable alternative to higher priced insurance companies.”

“PHI Direct exceeded my expectations for my most recent claims. My puppy had an accident and needed surgery. The vet and animal hospital bills were enormous. It was a very heartbreaking situation but PHI Direct processing of my claims are timely and I received my reimbursement the day after 10 business day processing. It was a relief and put my anxiety to rest. They are also prompt in responding to my follow ups. I highly recommend them to other pet owners! My monthly premium is also reasonable.”

“I finnaly got the payment but the process needs a lot of improvements: - No case # created when claim raised - No tracking nor feedback while processing - Payment time took almost 3 weeks...tooooo long. - Once payment received, not clear the math behind. A statement should be send to users with clear coverage.”
