I finnaly got the payment but the process needs a lot of improvements: - No case # created when claim raised - No tracking nor feedback while processing - Payment time took almost 3 weeks...tooooo long. - Once payment received, not clear the math behind. A statement should be send to users with clear coverage.

Direct billing would be easier. Find it a bit repetetive putting same inormation for every claim (e.g. adoption day, previous vet visits)

My claim was ok although it took more than a month to get my claim oh well I got it anyways. Thank you.

I think its great i just wished the claims could be done online. Its alot if work to fill-out the form and email and some people dont have adobe edit they have to print the form in order to fill out! Plz make it online form and submission! Thank you!
