Our dog Sage became severely ill only 2 months after signing with PHI Direct. We submitted a number of claims in one month and with only a few follow up questions we were paid in full within 2 weeks. The customer service has been absolutely wonderful - responsive and friendly. We would recommend PHI Direct to any pet owner looking for an affordable alternative to higher priced insurance companies.
