Spent about $1000 in one day for my dog because he was looking ill and I knew something was wrong. PHI processed this claim super quick in less than a week and covered a huge part of all the services we went in for. Customer service is very friendly and I couldn't ask for more. Atlas is feeling way better and having PHI Direct makes it much less stressful for us should things arise in the future!
