PHI Direct exceeded my expectations for my most recent claims. My puppy had an accident and needed surgery. The vet and animal hospital bills were enormous. It was a very heartbreaking situation but PHI Direct processing of my claims are timely and I received my reimbursement the day after 10 business day processing. It was a relief and put my anxiety to rest. They are also prompt in responding to my follow ups. I highly recommend them to other pet owners! My monthly premium is also reasonable.
