I would prefer to talk to someone. I do not like dealing with email and robots.
My phone soap arrived defected.. I went through email/ robot for customer service. I simply wanted an EVEN exchange. Phone soap charged me approximately $30 more for the same device.
I like their products but very poor customer service. Disappointed..
