“The package arrived with a huge delay, it was supposed to be arriving before Christmas but ended up at my house more than 14 days later.
Customer service is for the moment very bad as I have to explain my case again and again without anyone understanding and wanting to proceed to a refund.
As long as I’m not getting my money back this comment will remain on the website. 0/10 would absolutely not recommend.”

“My second PhoneSoap arrived 8/21 after returning the first PhoneSoap 8/14. The first order arrived via USPS and was packaged well, upon opening the shipping package there was a sticker applied over the area where you open the box that read "For quality assurance, your unit has been opened and inspected at our U.S. facility", both orders had this sticker. The first order the unit itself had multiple light scratches and small gooey globs all over the unit, looked like the inspector was picking his nose while handling it. Return was rather painless however I was charged $10 plus to return. The return was much cleaner but when you open the unit there were 3 small blems on the inside where the paint was missing. I decide to keep instead of going through the hassel of returning it and paying another $10. The unit works as far as I can tell.”
