“My second PhoneSoap arrived 8/21 after returning the first PhoneSoap 8/14. The first order arrived via USPS and was packaged well, upon opening the shipping package there was a sticker applied over the area where you open the box that read "For quality assurance, your unit has been opened and inspected at our U.S. facility", both orders had this sticker. The first order the unit itself had multiple light scratches and small gooey globs all over the unit, looked like the inspector was picking his nose while handling it. Return was rather painless however I was charged $10 plus to return. The return was much cleaner but when you open the unit there were 3 small blems on the inside where the paint was missing. I decide to keep instead of going through the hassel of returning it and paying another $10. The unit works as far as I can tell.”

“Automated system does not work well. I was initially told my return/exchange was denied. This was an error in the process of the application and or timing.
After unnecessary time spent chatting with agents that disappeared in the middle of the chat. I eventually received my exchange delivered slowly like the original.
If the new one fails I will simply throw it in the trash. regards.”

“Overall pleased with it. I have the nicer PhoneSoap Pro for home use and bought this PhoneSoap Basic one for my office at work. They mean basic. I wasn't expecting the plastic "hammock" sheet for supporting the phone. It works, but seems much flimsier than the glass to support the phone. You can see the thickness differences in the cutaway photos on the website, but there was nothing indicating this difference if you didn't know what you were looking for in the comparison chart or product descriptions. Otherwise, it should be fine for my needs.”
