“Automated system does not work well. I was initially told my return/exchange was denied. This was an error in the process of the application and or timing.
After unnecessary time spent chatting with agents that disappeared in the middle of the chat. I eventually received my exchange delivered slowly like the original.
If the new one fails I will simply throw it in the trash. regards.”

“I had high hopes for the toothbrush soap. I actually had been in the market for the UV sanitizer for my toothbrush. This was pricey, but I love my phone soap and my home soap so I went for it and bought two. Upon opening it, something irritated my hand, triggering my latex allergy. So I plugged it in and went back to it today. I don’t know if it’s the packaging or the mechanism itself. But it triggered my hand again. I am so sad that I bought two. I’m gonna look into returning the unopened one. I’m really disappointed. I’m going to have to give this away, out of my house.”

“I ordered my 3rd phonesoap and, unfortunately, it just did not work right out of the box.
I started a return and got a replacement immediately.
I got the replacement but it has been a week and I have still not gotten an approval on the return.
I called to follow-up since I fear that I would get charged again for the replacement unit. The phone number just had a recording which asked me to just send them an email or chat with them.
The chat was initially, again, automated and of no help.
I finally got a "live person" but exchanging messages with her was very slow. It was clear that she was juggling multiple chats at the same time!
For the price of their product, this is totally unacceptable and not customer friendly at all!”

“I really enjoy the PhoneSoap products. It's hard to tell whether it works considering bacteria is microscopic, but given my interactiosn with the customer service, I do trust them and therefore I trust the product. The only issue I had is with the homesoap. Even after troubleshooting it as prescribed by the customer service rep and the website, I found that it doesn't work (the bulbs don't turn on and the sanitation process doesn't start. I'm working to mail back the original and get a new product. One star off for the defective product (which admittedly happens with any product and company) and inconvenience caused by said deficiency.”

“The phone number does nothing more than refer you to online chat. The online chat doesn’t work. They don’t answer their email. We received the wrong product and can get no help. What terrible customer service!”
“Not happy with the product at all. I thought there were 6 lights and it took 5 minutes. I wouldn't have bought it . Only 1 light on top and bottom. The bars on the sides are not lights like I thought.
UPDATE :JULY 23- Red light ended up ruining it. So now I have no cleaner. saving for the Phone soap pro now. I ended up liking the product after my initial review. But I guess I used it too much or something.”
