“While I received what I believe is a great product, PhoneSoap is lacking in accessibility. I am interested in another product and I have several questions. I am unable to find a customer service telephone number anywhere on the website. I am not interested in a chat session. I am not interested in corresponding via email. I am sure PhoneSoap knows their competitors offer contact by telephone. The only reason I didn't give five stars and most likely will not recommend PhoneSoap is that there is no way to speak to a person.”

“The HomeSoap is too small to fit my 15" MacBook Air. It would be nice if it was just a few inches bigger, especially as they advertise it fits most laptops. Also, beware of their promotions. I ordered it during their pre-Black Friday event. I assumed as they were calling it this, it would be the same as their Black Friday event. It almost was, but in Black Friday they also offered free shipping with a 60% discount. During the pre-Black Friday event, it was just a 60% discount. It therefore cost me $20 more by ordering early even though the promotion said best sale of the year. Do not be fooled by what they say and always wait at least until the actual sale, not the presale.”
