Overall pleased with it. I have the nicer PhoneSoap Pro for home use and bought this PhoneSoap Basic one for my office at work. They mean basic. I wasn't expecting the plastic "hammock" sheet for supporting the phone. It works, but seems much flimsier than the glass to support the phone. You can see the thickness differences in the cutaway photos on the website, but there was nothing indicating this difference if you didn't know what you were looking for in the comparison chart or product descriptions. Otherwise, it should be fine for my needs.
