“I ordered 4 phone soaps and received them timely. One of the 4 did not work. After discussing online with customer service determined it needed to be exchanged. I had to pay shipping to send it back for exchange. I received the replacement phone soap which worked great. I also received a free screen cleaner which was much appreciated. I would have preferred to talk to someone on the phone since I am old school, but I have to say that the company does take care of customers. I am pleased with the product!”

“I really enjoy the PhoneSoap products. It's hard to tell whether it works considering bacteria is microscopic, but given my interactiosn with the customer service, I do trust them and therefore I trust the product. The only issue I had is with the homesoap. Even after troubleshooting it as prescribed by the customer service rep and the website, I found that it doesn't work (the bulbs don't turn on and the sanitation process doesn't start. I'm working to mail back the original and get a new product. One star off for the defective product (which admittedly happens with any product and company) and inconvenience caused by said deficiency.”

“The HomeSoap is too small to fit my 15" MacBook Air. It would be nice if it was just a few inches bigger, especially as they advertise it fits most laptops. Also, beware of their promotions. I ordered it during their pre-Black Friday event. I assumed as they were calling it this, it would be the same as their Black Friday event. It almost was, but in Black Friday they also offered free shipping with a 60% discount. During the pre-Black Friday event, it was just a 60% discount. It therefore cost me $20 more by ordering early even though the promotion said best sale of the year. Do not be fooled by what they say and always wait at least until the actual sale, not the presale.”

“Ordered it and they donโt have any on hand. Once again the say the are being held up by border customs. Then donโt sell them till you have them in stock. I have asked for a refund but will likely file a claim with my bank. Great product horribile company.”
