“The phone number does nothing more than refer you to online chat. The online chat doesn’t work. They don’t answer their email. We received the wrong product and can get no help. What terrible customer service!”

“Not happy with the product at all. I thought there were 6 lights and it took 5 minutes. I wouldn't have bought it . Only 1 light on top and bottom. The bars on the sides are not lights like I thought.
UPDATE :JULY 23- Red light ended up ruining it. So now I have no cleaner. saving for the Phone soap pro now. I ended up liking the product after my initial review. But I guess I used it too much or something.”

“I have the Phonesoap Pro for a few years, and had stopped using it for a few months because I acquired a new CPAP cleaner that has a very large chamber and uses both UV light and Ozone to disinfect any item. When I went to use my Phoneoap recently for bathroom items such as toothbrush, it wouldn't turn on. I phoned PhoneSoap and was told what to do, and it worked, and I am again a happy camper. PhoneSoap support was excellent, and their products are superb. I also own an Airsoap Air purifier, and am extremely pleased at how it works and may be maintained w/o replacing filters every few months.”
