I had previously purchased two PhoneSoaps. I managed to drop one and break the lights, and the other just seemed to disappear. Dealing with phone soap was pleasant and seamless. The only problem was the delivery from UPS to Canada. I won't even mention the retaliatory tariffs imposed thanks to Trump.
