Purchase was smooth with speedy delivery.
Changed circumstances for me meant that I needed to return the purchased phone. The return of the item and refund of the purchase price was conducted very professionally, without any dramas and very quickly. I hate having to return a purchase, but Phonebot was true to their word and made the refund process as straightforward as possible.
