Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Firt time every using PhoneBot or ever buying a phone out right. Got sick of buying from the big telcos and wanted something 2nd hand that wasn't going into landfill. Found these guys online, their reviews were pretty solid - and there's a reason - GREAT! Phone is better than what they adveritsed (battery life) and the phone came quick, boxed perfectly and without any scuffs or damage. Great service and I would highly recommend using PhoneBot to anyone.”

“Great device at a great price, however it took over a week for the device to be sent, but not really a drama as I didn’t need it urgently. The only fault or complaint I would have is that the previous owners name is engraved on the back of the device and that wasn’t known until I opened the packaging. Had I known that the engraving would be on there then I would have chosen a different device. That being said I’ll still be purchasing more products from Phone Bot.”

On both occasions, Andy and the team have been prompt and courteous, ensuring communication across the timeline of my purchase and complete transparency. I had an incident with an initial phone that I purchased, where there was a hardware issue with the screen. The replacement process and assessing this initial phone was seamless and Andy made the process so easy. I highly recommend Phonebot for your next pre-loved purchase!”
