“Ordered a phone cover. Delivered the wrong size. Sent it back for a refund, but disallowed as I had opened the box. But they kept the cover. I paid for it, they refused a refund but kept the case.”

“Deceptive and misleading conduct. Purchased an as new phone. I was given a clear assurance that this device retained its original screen. Upon turning on the phone, it immediately displayed the message “unknown screen detected”, which indicates the screen has in fact been replaced. Phone was returned and had to chase them up. They advised they have another phone which is still havent recieved. Best avoid this company.”

“I’m very happy with the condition of the phone I ordered and appreciate the included screen protection. Staff contacted me to sort out a mistake I made with a phone case. My only suggestion is to use small plastic bags for the SIM card needle as mine has scratched the phone slightly during transport.”
