“What stood out was how balanced this service is. They don’t encourage spying, only responsible surveillance. My phone and iPhone security were thoroughly checked. WhatsApp and Facebook login insights were detailed. This helped my husband and I discuss trust openly. A valuable tool for modern relationships.”

“Easy to use website, great choice, prompt delivery, and new (refurbished) phone is lovely. However, always do a factory reset when buying a refurbished phone. I didn't realise this and after transferring all my data then noticed that there are some apps & calendar notes in Mandarin. That said, I would absolutely buy again from here.”

“I mistakenly purchased iPhone 15 pro instead of iPhone 15 pro max. I quickly returned it by paying for the return shipping. I requested for a refund of the purchase price. I have to chase the refund no communication from them. Finally I was told that the refund was credited into my bank account. It took 5 days for the refund to reflect into my bank account. Hopefully they can improve their customer service.”

“I only ordered a phone case. The wrong one came. For the price of it, I couldn't be bothered returning it. So it got binned. Spewing really but I feel this is typical customer service nowadays. Send the wrong thing and hope it just gets forgotten about. On the plus side, it came quickly.”

“Absolutely terrible provider. Avoid. I purchased the most premium product available and without advising me they sold me an iPhone with a non genuine replacement front screen. The phone itself detected it when I did the start up. The phone has been slow and sluggish since and no response from the company. The whole warranty process is convoluted and not customer friendly. I’ll be taking this matter up with the competition ombudsman for false and misleading advertising for failing to disclose the non genuine replacement part in their advertisement”
