“Phonebot were nothing short of excellent, the A Grade iPhone 13 we purchased was like new without a single mark on it. It was a really nice touch, that as well as the charging cord, the phone came fitted with a glass screen protector and a protective case. I would highly reccomend Phonebot.”

“I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro from PhoneBot, and unfortunately after only four months the phone has become completely unusable. I first contacted PhoneBot on 29 January requesting assistance and a return under warranty. Since then I have made multiple attempts to contact the company through every available channel including phone calls, email, WhatsApp and Facebook. Every time I call, I am directed to an AI assistant which says someone will return my call within 24–48 hours. Despite being told this repeatedly, I have never received a call back or any direct response from the company. It has now been several weeks with no communication and no resolution. As a customer, it is extremely frustrating to be left without a working phone and unable to reach a real person for support. I understand that faults can occur with devices, especially refurbished ones, but the lack of communication and customer service has been very disappointing. Due to the continued lack of response, I am now left with no other choice but to escalate the matter by contacting Consumer Affairs Victoria to seek assistance with resolving this issue.”

“Will not gut back to me regarding a warranty issue. Watch stopped working after 2 weeks of use. I have made multiple attempt to contact the store and no one will get back to me. Not a single response to 4 emails. On messenger they promised me a return label straight away, and then never got back to me. Phone goes to an AI assisted person that can't even record my mobile number for a return call correctly. SO FRUSTRATING and my son hasn't had a working watch for a couple of weeks that he got for Christmas. WHAT A JOKE. Had to post on Facebook and then Product Review to actually get a response weeks after I initially made contact. I then send the watch back and guess what???... weeks go by again with NO response. Finally, after i follow them up they tell me the watch has water in it and they won't warranty it. This is a watch that was sold to me "LIKE NEW" after their "expert" technicians appraised the watch. ZERO marks and damage on it when we sent it back, but they tell me an apple watch that is supposed to be water proof now isn't because its second hand... even though their appraisal was "LIKE NEW". many responses didn't even address my questions and were just a cut and copy response that they obviously give over and over to customers. A really disgusting company to deal with and the only way to communicate with them is by Facebook Messenger... no phone, no email they won't respond.. NO IDEA! STAY AWAY FROM PHONEBOT.”

“My series 4 Apple watch battery was on the way out, I looked at fixing, but then came across Phonebot, I was able to get a Series 7 (45mm) for not a little more than a repair of old watch. It was sold as 'like new' and I wasn't disappointed, it really is 'like new' and battery heath is 100%. Very happy with my purchase.”
