“Requesting a return was a bit confusing at first, and I wasn’t really ‘walked through’ the process as one email stated. Just as I started to get concerned that my refund hadn’t been issued I realised I didn’t actually have an active return request yet! “Packaging was excellent and professional. The charger that was included as a gift is outstanding and the phone which was described as like new is like new. The phone is no more than 6 months old and is still available new. Because I bought from Phonebot I paid a little more than half the price of buying new.
