“Very satisfied overall. The only issue I have is that I have sold my old phone and have a $480.00 credit but do not know how I can now use this when I decide to buy something in the future. I guess that I may be given an option when I go to pay.”

“The Baseus wireless CarPlay adapter is a big improvement on some other brands I tried months ago. It connects very quickly and for the most part communicates well with my phone. But it loses the connection intermitently and will not reconnect, which is a problem it shares with two other adapters I am trialling. So 3 stars, but room for improvement.”

“My experience: I ordered an older ipad keyboard and was sent the wrong keyboard (error at Phonebot's end). Initially when I raised a case I was very concerned about the company's legitimacy but once the situation was made clear to them they were very responsive indeed. I was contacted by both email and phone so I then felt reassured. I returned the incorrect keyboard (at no cost to myself) to Phonebot in Melbourne, which was received on the Friday, and very shortly after the weekend my money was fully refunded via PayPal. I can attest that this company is legitimate and has customer service and satisfaction at the forefront of their principles and practice. Thank you Phonebot for resolving my issue.”
