“After starting the phone it became clear that it was a Japanese sourced Pixel and the shutter sound cannot be disabled (which sucks!). It would have been good to know ahead of time, as I would have not made the purchase. This information is not provided in the description, and I thought it was Australian stock. Perhaps Phonebot should be crystal clear as to provenance.”

“3 PHONES IN 6 MONTHS = 3 SCREENS CRACKED + 2 FAKES ! ! ! ! Replaced an A53 for me, bought an A23 for the work truck sim, and replaced the iPhone11 for my GF. All three screens cracked at the first moment of stress and on get two replaced was told they were both fake Samsungs. I spent over a thousand bucks and I'm NEVER going back - Reservoir store.”

“I feel so sad that my fellow filipino will treat me like that in one of your store brach in burjuman mall. I started saying hi and ask if what are the deal with the refurbished iphone as i saw it in one signage inside the store.The filipina lady there answer me with another question and when i get confused i fell that she gets iritated with me. I told her that actually i dont have any idea that's why i'm asking..she can give me atleast little information about what i'm asking but instead, she talk to me in a sarcastic way that i feel like i'm an idiot.”

“The communications with Phonebot reps re order placement were good and issues were resolved efficiently. I bought a refurbished 2020 MacBook Pro, it was generally in good condition. Technically - the battery had been replaced or was in good condition. Minor negatives were that the backlight on the keyboard was dim in places and cosmetically the screen and body could have been cleaned a bit better.”

“The whole purchase went well. Fast shipping and competitive pricing. The only issue was the phone arrived turned on and Croatian selected as the language. I then had to use google translate to complete the entire phone setup before I could change it to English”
