“I purchased my iPad from phone bot I picked it up from the post office last Tuesday nearly a week ago on receiving my item. There was a headphone jack stuck in the headphone outlet. I notified them on the Wednesday morning. They still have not got back to me. Random emails but with no light at the end of the tunnel, I phoned them seven times. Never pick up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“Bought a OnePlus 9 Pro Grade A. Totally disappointed with the battery. The shopkeeper lied to me regarding battery condition. There is no way this battery was tested before and it came out above 80%. My phone literally dies within couple of hours even without use.”

“Phonebot were nothing short of excellent, the A Grade iPhone 13 we purchased was like new without a single mark on it. It was a really nice touch, that as well as the charging cord, the phone came fitted with a glass screen protector and a protective case. I would highly reccomend Phonebot.”
