Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“lies and don't care about customer attitude. My order was never shipped, I was provided a fake tracking number. I emailed and called asking for a refund only to be ignored. Only option left is to report a fraud chargeback to get my money back. DONT BUY FROM THEM.”

“The phone I received did not suppport my mobile data sim. I was given a new phone of the same make / model and standard immeadiately once the issue was found. Apart from the hassle of having to return it the staff were very responsive and asisted me well.”

“After dropping my beloved Series 4 onto the bathroom floor and smashing the screen I couldn’t justify buying a new one from Apple as I was happy enough with the features on the 4. I found a Series 8 here on Phonebot, still new in the Apple packaging on sale for $359…wow! Customer service was amazing. 10/10 recommend.”
