Established in 2012, Phonebot is a market leader in sustainable technology products. Our aim is to reduce carbon footprint by reusing or recycling technology products. From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Quick delivery and item as described. Would love to see an option to request the size of loop strap that comes with the item bought, as it's way too big.”

“Phonebot was very easy to navigate for choice of phone. The only negative was that no manual was included in the purchase. However, delivery was prompt and pricing was very competitive. I recommend Phonebot to anyone wishing to purchase an 'as new' mobile phone without a high price tag.”

“I recently purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max from Phonebot. I work as a tradie, so there was no point buying an "As New" or even "Grade A" phone. I opted for a "Grade B". I was very impressed that I had so many options that were within my budget. I paid extra for Express Post, but was still very happy with the price overall. The phone was shipped the day after I ordered and arrived within 24 hours. I inspected the phone when it arrived (expecting marks and scratches, being Grade B) and couldn't find a mark on it. I checked the battery health and found that it was still at 100%.. (another bonus) The phone arrived within a screen protector on it and with a bonus case.. I have since replaced the case with a better quality case, but it stopped me from damaging it in the meantime. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Phonebot again in the future and have already recommended Phonebot to several friends.”

“Third purchase from Phonebot. Excellent as always! Grade A items are great value for money. Basically like new items. Have to look hard to see the very minor marks and the screens were all pristine. Packaged well for delivery. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great condition, Average time before sending off phone. But I'd prefer that to getting an unchecked phone. I would absolutely buy from these lot again”
