From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“I mistakenly purchased iPhone 15 pro instead of iPhone 15 pro max. I quickly returned it by paying for the return shipping. I requested for a refund of the purchase price. I have to chase the refund no communication from them. Finally I was told that the refund was credited into my bank account. It took 5 days for the refund to reflect into my bank account. Hopefully they can improve their customer service.”

“Postage was acceptable ,quality excellent! Communication acceptable .. set up was a hassle as goi g from an xr to 8 plus wouldn't work ...had to take it to tech shop to set up cost $110 extra ..due to 8plus not updated ..”

“Requesting a return was a bit confusing at first, and I wasn’t really ‘walked through’ the process as one email stated. Just as I started to get concerned that my refund hadn’t been issued I realised I didn’t actually have an active return request yet! Other than that, it’s a great service and very happy with the products! PhoneBot is my family’s new default supplier! Thanks :)”

“The buying process and delivery of the phone were very good. The phone was packaged and protected very well and arrived very quickly. The phone it's self looked fantastic and was in great condition, we had no problems transfering our data from the old Samsung (S7) to the new one. Unfotuneatly we have had a reception poblem which we can't work out, it seems to have everything setup properly. We will have to send the phone back to get a refund which Phonebot offer.”

“The Customer Service was good but it took longer than expected to arrive. The phone itself has been hard to set certain things. The phone was for my Husband and so I have been trying to set it up to make it simple for him to use. I WOULD reccomend PhoneBot to anyone looking to purchase a cheap re-furbished phone.”

“The phone I received did not suppport my mobile data sim. I was given a new phone of the same make / model and standard immeadiately once the issue was found. Apart from the hassle of having to return it the staff were very responsive and asisted me well.”

“Phonebot was very easy to navigate for choice of phone. The only negative was that no manual was included in the purchase. However, delivery was prompt and pricing was very competitive. I recommend Phonebot to anyone wishing to purchase an 'as new' mobile phone without a high price tag.”

“Phone rocked up quick but no charger cord or anything just a phone so not sure how you ment to charge it if U don't send a cord.”
