From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“The phone I received did not suppport my mobile data sim. I was given a new phone of the same make / model and standard immeadiately once the issue was found. Apart from the hassle of having to return it the staff were very responsive and asisted me well.”

“Phonebot was very easy to navigate for choice of phone. The only negative was that no manual was included in the purchase. However, delivery was prompt and pricing was very competitive. I recommend Phonebot to anyone wishing to purchase an 'as new' mobile phone without a high price tag.”

“Phone rocked up quick but no charger cord or anything just a phone so not sure how you ment to charge it if U don't send a cord.”

“Very happy with the Apple Watch SE only thing the battery doesn’t last long I’m finding I have to charge it everyday other than that very happy”

“Efficient, quick and good to deal with on the purchase. Replied promptly to a few queries we had. Watch was fine, unmarked and works as expected, so very happy with it. I had issues that the charger was unable to be used as we had no USB-C points, and would have liked a more universal USB charger. They would not hear that it was a problem, so had added cost to get something that would charge the watch. Apart from that it was a good buy”

“The service was prompt and I received a call to discuss a change of colour for the tablet I had ordered. My main concern is that the device arrived with no paperwork at all. No copy of the paid invoice and 12 month guarentee, but more importantly no instructions, not even a "quick start guide". The device is working well now that a tech friend has set it up for me.”

“Phone is absolutely fantastic, second phone bought from PhoneBot. The phone locked face several times, Samsung were going to charge me as it was not an Austrslian Model, when I rang PhoneBot the person who answered was not at all helpful, didn't seem to have knowledge of phones and told me to send it back. I was told I would get a phone call and then sort it out. I never received a phone call so I reset the phone, 3rd time, and removed all passwords and reloaded 34 Apps and data, what a pain. So the phones are great but the support is very very poor!”
