Everything with the phone is fine but I payed for express delivery and it still took 4 working days to get to me, and I have not had the express delivery charge refunded.

Recieved a device with a flaw that exceeds the Grade B explanation. The torch cover is missing, allowing dust and humidity to easily enter the phone and potentially cause further damage. I wanted to make immediate use of the 7-day no-questions-asked return policy but was asked to send a video of the missing cover. Communication was slow with a 2 working days responding rate. Over all, not a pleasant experience. Not sure if I will shop here again.

I purchased a 9.7" iPad - advertised as "Near New" - but on receipt, find that this iPad was manufactured in 2016 - has limited capability and the battery loses charge well before the end of the day. My wife only uses this iPad for basic games, Facebook and other simple features. We found out how old this iPad was when we went to buy a protective cover. "Wow - this iPad is VERY OLD" the JB HiFi staff member said. VERY disappointed in Phonebot - as several technical friends had recommended this brand.

The original phone I was sent the speaker wouldn't work had to have on loud speaker for people to hear me it was difficult to organise a replacement ended up having to go into the store costing me a day of work to get a replacement. The guy in store was fantastic

Had to send my mobile back as it wasn't the one I originally wanted. They're meant to exchange the phone and send my original one back to me. Very hard to get anyone to communicate to me what's happening. When I return a call the person who answers doesn't know anything about it. Losing faith in Phonebot.

Order ID: 122587Order Date: 2023-06-25 10:28:12. I read on your website that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday and the expected delivery date would be Tuesday 27th June. I considered this to be good as I was buying the phone as a birthday present for my wife on the 30th of June. I received a notification from Australia Post that it was received by them on the 28th of June and expected delivery date was Monday 03 Jul 2023 – Thursday 06 Jul 2023. It eventually arrived at the end of the day on Tuesday the 4th of July - far too late for my wife's birthday! After unpacking the box we immediately noticed air pockets beneath the screen protector and on turning the phone on it displayed the wrong date and time and asked for a passcode which of course we didn't have. I phoned your support service and spoke with one of your representatives who seemed surprised about this and put me on hold until he consulted another of your team members. I was then told to enter '000000' which did unlock the phone and we closed the call to your support member. However, we then discovered the phone still contained data and I had to search the Internet to find how to delete this data. Eventually, I was able to complete a factory reset. This is the 2nd purchase I've made from Phonebot. The 1st was for my iPhone XS Max which went through with no problems. I am thinking of upgrading in the near future but, in light of the disappointing problems I've experienced with this most recent purchase, I will consider alternative suppliers.

I was looking at the iPhone X ,256 gb, then found it much cheaper in the same condition but & this was the deal breaker - 36 months warranty for $39 . Phonebot would not price match . BEWARE.....CHECK YOUR DEVISE UNDER A ULTRALIGHT BEFORE ACCEPTING YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE DEVISE YOU PAID FOR!!!!!!! PHONEBOT deceive their customers. The amount of money you pay for a device from PHONEBOT is based on their grading system. BUT BEWARE!!!!! you are not getting what you believe you are paying for. I purchased a "LIKE NEW" IPhone Pro MAX 11 and a "AS NEW" Samsung FOLD Z3. Both of these devises are advertised, promoted and graded as "SCRATCHLESS". However when both of these devises were placed under an ultra light, it revealed both of these devises had scratches all over their screens. When I took this discovery to PHONEBOT they use every excuse and reason to "NOT"acknowledge they are DECEIVING THEIR SO CALLED VALUED CUSTOMERS.

Dear Miss Linda, Thank you for taking out your valuable time and raise this concern up. After having a conversation with you, I was expecting something similar. Now I will once again like to mention this here that you bought a phone from us in last year February and then you complain that the device is scratchy and after getting it inspected for resale the, the buyer says it has scratches. Yes, its surely possible !! Using a phone for an year may leave it's signs of being used and also it was not a box pack BRAND NEW device, therefore, marks on such phone are considered to be normal. Coming to your second phone, the Z Fold 3 you have got, you say it has been tested under a UV light. How does it make sense to you that a UV light will show a scratch and a naked eye can't see one? Z Fold has a folding screen and has got no protective film installed then if there is a scratch then it has to be visible otherwise its just a story. We would have offered you a rebate or compensation to match the price by considering it to be a downgraded one sent out to you, if for an instance we agree on what you say that the phone was not as per the description but you have waited for 1 year for one device and one month for the other one and then reached us out which makes both of these claims voided. I know its frustrating and disappointing but this is the policy on how the phones and other devices are sold all over the world and policy is always made after foreseeing all such scenarios. I bought an Iphone 8 plus A grade. When the website mentioned some markings that cannot be seen at arms length, I expected those to be on the casing. Instead, there was a 10 mm long scratch in the middle of the screen. This is extremely annoying and very disappointing. We are now up for an additional $100 for an aftermarket screen. It is the second phone which I have purchased and will now be the last.

Battery is non genuine which is ok but issue with battery suddenly draining from full to zero in minutes happening about once a week for the first few weeks so far

I really like the idea of refurbishing, recycling, and repairing phones rather than having them end up in landfill, that's why I chose Phonebot for my new phone. Their warranty gave me peace of mind. I was happy with the A grade phone that I received, however, after only 10 days I noticed that it had charging issues, which quickly became worse until it didn't charge anymore at all. To cut a long story short I had to send this phone back three times. After the first time, the issue reappeared after 10 days, the second time the phone was returned with the same issue ... apparently, no issue could be detected by phonebot. The customer service was great to begin with but got worse as time went on. When calling I was kept on hold for six minutes and then the call just dropped without a chance to leave a message. There were no updates about what was going on. My emails took days to be answered. The promised reimbursement for postage was not paid on all occasions. This whole episode took four months until I finally got a replacement. To sum it up my experience was very frustrating as I needed that phone with its features for work. I would not buy from this company again and definitely not recommend it.

We did everything we could have done and even went above and beyond to assist you. You shipped the phone to us 3 times out of which the phone needed workmanship twice and we have reimbursed you for the shipping charges for those two returns. We are sorry as your shipping credit bounced back upon refunding on the first time but this was already paid before you posted the review. The iphone 12 Pro is excellent. However it also came with a cover screen protector and a charger and cable. Unfortunately is was sent with 2 covers, one was excellent the second was chap. I rang and was told the screen protector would be sent. that was three weeks ago. I have just rung again and was told that the screen protector would now be sent. This mix up is a shame as everything else has been grteat

Product came not working. Customer service has so far been slow. I'll change my review when a fair solution is made. A replacement is preferable. Edit- PhoneBot has recalled my product and has contacted me to choose a different product from their website and may also provide a discount on the new product I choose. I will change this review to 5 stars when I get a working product of my choice. 2nd Edit - First and last time I buy anything here. I'm sure if you purchase a product that functions as it is suppose to when you receive it, you should be okay.. the product came at an expected time. And if it connected to my phone I would have been a happy and satisfied customer. But if you receive a product that does not connect to your phone, and you need to go through a returns process, I hope you don't have to. I understand you believe everything went flawlessly with your management of the returned product, but I beg to differ. Although the experience could have been worse, I personally feel that the customer support can be improved in regards to communication and speed. It took roughly 2 weeks to have them request to return the product, after sending videos proving the product is not connecting to my phone. I followed every instruction, and was willing to pay an extra amount to recieve a different product that works. PhoneBot requested that I send a link of the product I want, they requested the colour i prefer on the new product, and they sent an invoice with the extra cost to pay the difference of the new product(this invoice had a 15 dollar discount added to it, and I thought it was a nice gesture to make things better). *We agreed that once the audit on the returned product was complete, that all I had to do was pay the invoice (which had a 15 dollar discount included) and the new product will be sent to me.* I was feeling impatient enough already, but i was willing to go through the process and hope for a better outcome. I then receive a call and an email saying my original payment was refunded and the extra invoice to be paid was cancelled. I now have to wait 3 days for the money to come back to me, pay for the new product through the link I was told to send to them, and then be given a 15 dollar discount AFTER I make the full payment. At this point, I personally didn't enjoy dealing with PhoneBot and feel things could have been resolved more efficiently and effectively. If i didn't have the manager talk to me over the phone, I'd give 1 star. His patience in trying to rectify my dissatisfaction was honorable (aside from when he basically demanded that I change my review), But not enough to get me to purchase with them again. Am I over-reacting? Perhaps. But all I wanted was a pair of working ear buds, and I'm not happy that just about 4 weeks later that I am worse off than square one (wasted my time, the original agreement was changed, a slow emails service IMO(excluding delivery times), and now i need to wait at least 3 days for the refund to come back to the account which I originally made the payment with, which has had its card details changed. I hope the payment still comes through hassle-free and doesn't get bounced back - It Would have been nice if they called me before they made this decision.) But all in all, I am happy staying at square one than to deal with you again. And do not call me to *demand* that I change my review, like last time. I am entitled to express my experience. Do not tell me "do not post a review" like you said over the phone with me. I have never had a company say this to me before. I've given 2 stars because overall I am not pleased. If the money bounces back in 3 days, I will change it to 1 star. I'm done running in circles and back and forth emailing. You do not need to hold the same perspective as me Phonebot, but this is my review and perspective, not yours.

No quick start instructions. No Sim card remover. No USB cable , data transfer plug. Phone has been powering off at 37% charge. Staff have been helpful, to fix issues.
