Great device at a great price, however it took over a week for the device to be sent, but not really a drama as I didn’t need it urgently. The only fault or complaint I would have is that the previous owners name is engraved on the back of the device and that wasn’t known until I opened the packaging. Had I known that the engraving would be on there then I would have chosen a different device. That being said I’ll still be purchasing more products from Phone Bot.

I ordered a light blue colour phone case, but unfortunately, they sent me a black one instead. The quality seems fine, but it’s disappointing to receive the wrong colour. Hope the seller checks orders more carefully next time.

The phone was in the condition promised, but delivery was well outside the timeframe promised, and when I called, the response was pretty dismissive. After I posted my review, the company contacted me, apologised, and sent me a free phone case as a goodwill gesture. I appreciate that effort, though my initial experience wasn’t great.

I have recently got 2 mobiles from phonebot ..1 iPhone 8 & 1 Oppo A77. The Oppo is great although the settings are different to my current oppo, an older version which must've been the worst phone in history! I am happy with the Oppo, the battery doesnt lose power when its not turned on & it can go 3 days b4 I have to recharge. The i 8 am still having probs with, ugh. the battery needs charging more frequently for a mobile that isnt even turned on, & will take upto 8 hrs to recharge! dont know whats happening there, ugh. So dont feel happy about rating phone bot for 2 phones, though happy to rate it for the Oppo.

Products good but my BRAND NEW WATCH was packaged in a thin garbage bag like satchel. No padding, not taped, not secured, box arrived heavily damaged. Told phone bot it's a bit glitchy and haven't heard back from last email.

I have ordered a number of products from Phonebot in the past and been really happy, however this time I was very disappointed. The Mac Book we ordered came with the wrong plug to suit Australia and the laptop itself was protected with a password which we were not able to bypass. I had to contact Phonebot on a number of occasions to try and get the correct password and in the end we had to end up resetting the Mac Book.

Mixed review, watch arrived after a week and shipping was too slow. However product is as described and happy with it. I bought 'Like New' product from them, assumed that the watch band would be original, however ended up getting a generic watch band with it. Overall, I am mixed in reviewing the product.

Purchased an iPhone 15 pro max. I was unsure if I was going to get it as I got a text message but no email for 3 working days. Phone is good but won’t charge more than 80% unless it’s unplugged and plugged in again, not good for the battery life, even with the power safety mode switched off.

Hi, The phone I received has a problem and has randomly switched off in the middle of, for example phone discussions, and hands nowhere near the on off switch. Could yo please arrange a replacement of the same type (near new iphone 13 PRO with 512 GB), colour is not restrcted to the same colour. The phones are great and exactly as described. The problem is that it took a week for them to process the order and send the phones. I paid for express shipping with the expectation that I would receive them quickly which did not happen.

Ordered an 'A' grade iphone SE 2020 for my daughter. It was shipped promptly and looked in good condition except it had a ill-fitting glass screen protector on it that would not stay stuck down, probably fits a different model phone better. Upon removing the glass screen protector to fit my own correctly sized screen protector, I realised why they fitted one, to hide some existing glass marks on the glass face of the iphone!! So a little disappointed with that. Of course my glass screen protector hid those existing scratches so I havent made a fuss over it. Its for a 12yr old so its bound to gain more marks over time. Just a shame it was not pointed out, and effectively tried to be hidden. The iphone itself is working great so far with good battery health. This is my 2nd iphone SE from Phonebot, and the other iphone has lasted great also without issue.

My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately it was missing a charger so I contacted them and got no reply... this continued and took two emails and 4 phone calls until I finally received the missing charger. They were polite on the phone and promised to sort it out but it took a lot of perservering to get a simple task done.
