“The phones are great and exactly as described. The problem is that it took a week for them to process the order and send the phones. I paid for express shipping with the expectation that I would receive them quickly which did not happen.”

“Ordered an 'A' grade iphone SE 2020 for my daughter. It was shipped promptly and looked in good condition except it had a ill-fitting glass screen protector on it that would not stay stuck down, probably fits a different model phone better. Upon removing the glass screen protector to fit my own correctly sized screen protector, I realised why they fitted one, to hide some existing glass marks on the glass face of the iphone!! So a little disappointed with that. Of course my glass screen protector hid those existing scratches so I havent made a fuss over it. Its for a 12yr old so its bound to gain more marks over time. Just a shame it was not pointed out, and effectively tried to be hidden. The iphone itself is working great so far with good battery health. This is my 2nd iphone SE from Phonebot, and the other iphone has lasted great also without issue.”

“My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately it was missing a charger so I contacted them and got no reply... this continued and took two emails and 4 phone calls until I finally received the missing charger. They were polite on the phone and promised to sort it out but it took a lot of perservering to get a simple task done.”

“Order picking and postage time was great. But the box was not sealed properly and the clear case was scratched. I’ll attach a photo but it doesn’t do it justice. Might buy from them again, not sure.”

“Product exactly as described. It was difficult to purchase as my bank blocked payment due to the high risk nature of your business name, which shut all my banking down. The phone also arrived with the screen protector on, but it wasn’t put on well so I had to purchase a new one. Overall the product is great and arrived quickly once purchased.”

“Communication could have been better around my order. I was expecting my purchase to arrive on a particular day/date - as specified by the shipping notification I received, however this did not happen. When I attempted to enquire via email, my queries went unanswered. I was eventually able to make contact via WhatsApp and was told my order hadn't been shipped (despite the initial notification). There was a short period of time where my order could not actually be found but, eventually it was and I was advised of a new shipping date. Handset eventually arrived but there was a few nervous days where I thought I had made a dud purchase.”

“Was pleased with the overall condition of the phone. Unfortunatly the phone had the Sprint app installed on it which as it is a pay for use app would have been removed at refurbishment. When I insert the Optus sim from my previous phones the Sprint app trys to take over various functions. RangPhonebot to see how to get rid of this app and was told to contact Sprint and unsuscribe. Replied I dont have a Sprint account to its just an app on the phone Basic reply was Dont really care. Will have to take to a tech to be dealt with.”

“Unfortunately the communication once my order was placed was below my expectation. I did not receive any confirmation email or deliver status updates - needed to check online myself. I called and spoke with someone and then he this was not normal and said he would resend confirmation email once he double checked my email - this was never forthcoming. I needed to call again and follow up. My phone also displays that the battery is not a genuine Apple battery so I cannot get any status on battery health so this is also not good.”
