“I’m glad that I purchased an iPad Mini 6 Wi-Fi + Cellular from Phonebot a few weeks ago. As the device was described as being fully functional and in excellent condition, I viewed the advertised price of the 6th generation tablet as being value for money. It has an A15 Bionic chip, a USB-C port, 5G connectivity, provides near enough to all-day battery life and supports the 2nd gen Apple Pencil. And yes, it looks brand new despite being refurbished. After purchasing the device, I did have a minor prolem. However, it was quickly resolved. For some reason I wasn’t able to get the latest iOS software update (26.5) through the device itself and had the same problem going through iTunes, so I used third-party device management software (output info attached). With regard to resolving any sorts of issues, Phonebot, a highly regarded tech product retailer, does provide reasonable after sales support.”
