Established in 2012, Phonebot is a market leader in sustainable technology products. Our aim is to reduce carbon footprint by reusing or recycling technology products. From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Packaging was excellent and professional. The charger that was included as a gift is outstanding and the phone which was described as like new is like new. The phone is no more than 6 months old and is still available new. Because I bought from Phonebot I paid a little more than half the price of buying new. At this point, very happy and would buy from Phonebot again.”

“My Samsung S22 Ultra was delivered today,Ive set it up...the phone is in as new condition,very pleased,I'll admit I was very nervous buying second hand unseen,but trusted the reviews and warranty...so I'll see how it goes...Thank you...The price was definitely in my price range,as on very limited income,couldnt afford a new phone......”
