Terrible customer service. Never answer the phones. Take your money and tell you the iPad will be repaired in 48 hours (2 weeks out of warranty) 1 month later and still no iPad. No one returns messages or emails. Zero care is given. We will be elsewhere. Can recommend Rebelo.

I bought a smart watch. It arrived without a strap and with the wrong charger.
I contacted support and they said they'd send me the correct charger.
That was 2 weeks ago. Still no strap. Still no charger.
I had to find another solution, and I'm told that to get a refund I'll have to pay postage to return the items (when then eventually arrive!). I hope this can get rectified soon.

After receiving the phone within a week, would have been better next day , the phone was in good condition but the battery health was only 88% whereas I had paid the top price for the phone to be at 90+% , after calling them they could only offer to exchange which was not an option for me as I had needed to start using the phone, I asked for a partial refund for difference to next grade down which they refused, I was not happy with the after purchase service, once they had their money that was it , would not recommend

After dropping my beloved Series 4 onto the bathroom floor and smashing the screen I couldn’t justify buying a new one from Apple as I was happy enough with the features on the 4. I found a Series 8 here on Phonebot, still new in the Apple packaging on sale for $359…wow! Customer service was amazing. 10/10 recommend.
