The Charging pad does not fit the charger dissapointing.

Got the phone and had issues setting it up (phone would not work after downloading profile from a previous phone). I contacted tech support via messenger as their preferred method of communication. It took weeks to get someone who could help revive the phone. 5 star value for money 3 star quality of phone 1 star after sales service

Product finally arrived but took a long time & was very difficult to track. I am very pleased with the ordered item now that I have had a chance to use it.

Product advertised as "genuine Apple" arrives with no Apple logo or markings and no Apple packaging, no paperwork or product identifying information. I call a line that never answers and later get through to be told my new earphones are "refurbished". I await a follow up call from a "manager". That doesn't come until I reply to an email request for a review of the item. Following that harsh review, I quickly receive a call from friendly customer service manager who explains the item's origin, the reason for absence of Apple packaging - and confirmation that my new earphones are not refurbished. That conversation and an audio test of them makes me more comfortable that they are genuine. Early handling of my concern was poor, but good following my online review

Whilst ipad was perfect quick delivery they gave me the wrong cable and charger so I haven't been able to use it and still haven't sent me a new one yet

The Samsung watch was advertised as scratchless and like new.....it wasn't. It had several scratches and the battery was faulty and would not hold a charge. On the plus side, the store manager was quite good about it and I now have a refund ( returned it over a week ago ).

Hi All, I did receive the mobile in a fast way and outside was impeccable. However, charging cable is really poor which is not charging my phone and I had to buy a cable so I could use it. Also, battery is not lasting longer, my phone was fully charged and I had a video call for 15 minutes that took 10% of my battery.

Postage took longer than expected. Phone did have a small scratch that has now turned into a crack :( seems to be spreading like a windscreen, i thought the S10 was meant to be tough glass even though it hasn't been dropped by me.

Yeah the phone look perfect without crash and like brand new, but have a little dust behind the screen so i couldnt clean it :( well its work perfectly then. Thank you very much

Ordered a heavy duty case, paid for and then told it was unavailable, got offered a slimline cover that i was told would be similar, nothing like the one i originally purchased. Disappointed and a bit misled, turnaround was very fast however.

The phone is what i ordered and in excellent condition. My complaint is obviously the phone was AT&T and still has all the AT&T stuff on it includin on start up, which none of it can be removed.

Thank you for choosing Phonebot. This is a Qualcomm version and from the name it’s clear that this belongs to USA. Every other mobile is associated to a carrier in the United States. The operating system has been designed for these devices so that these apps stay in there. It’s requested to please use the phone and in case if any issue occurs, please let us know and we’ll assist you further. PhoneBot had the iPad I wanted at a good price and delivered quite quickly. The iPad came loose in the box, with no padding and very little support, but thankfully the whole box was delivered undamaged. The wrong power adapter was also provided (US instead of AUS), but they quickly sent the correct replacement. Overall a good experience but some improvement required.

However, it seems to be a little incomplete because you have only posted the half part , but you never posted what happened next, because we remember and also the data shows that your device was recalled for the refund. Incidents like this are very common in the retail industry of gadgets, where sellers just hide away or vanish out when they are reached by a customer with a complain, regarding their products. But unlike others, Phonebot took your claim with wide arms open. Therefore, we request you to be kind enough to revise this review to atleast four or five stars.
