Unfortunately the communication once my order was placed was below my expectation. I did not receive any confirmation email or deliver status updates - needed to check online myself.
I called and spoke with someone and then he this was not normal and said he would resend confirmation email once he double checked my email - this was never forthcoming. I needed to call again and follow up.
My phone also displays that the battery is not a genuine Apple battery so I cannot get any status on battery health so this is also not good.
