Product great no complaints there. After sales is poor. Selected express delivery and took over a week. No tracking number given with shipment notification so I had to contact them for this. Lots of holding to only get through to an answer phone.

We apologize for the lack of coordination in providing the tracking but the package was sent on the earliest we could because of the disruptions caused by the lockdown. I can't really review the phone as I haven't received it yet as it is still stuckk with Aust post after 2 weeks. Phonebot were promt in sending it and are now following it up so its not really their fault.

phone was recieved after 2weeks in transit. It's in perfect condition and well worth it. My Only issue was the travel time and not being told that it was going to take 2 weeks. The website still states no delays for the free shipping option and before I paid on the 14th may it said delivery by the 18th of may. But I recieved it on the 28th May. it's only after you pay that you find out it's actually going to be 2 weeks. I was stuck with no phone and no money for 2 weeks. If I knew the delay was 2 weeks I would have picked the express option.( Even though that option told you there is shipping delays) 5 stars for the phone 1 star for the bad communication about shipping times.

Purchased refurbished Pixel 3 grade 'A'. Product was at a reasonable price and the transaction was smooth. Delivery arrived much later than was advised, however that can mostly be attributed to Aus Post during Covid-19 times. Comparing to an 'AB' grade device purchased by Kogan, device appeard to have slightly more cosmetic wear but within expectations. The most disappointing issue found was that the device had not been sufficiently cleaned. There was plenty of gunk (not sure exactly what it was but seemed similar to ear wax) in the speaker grill as well in the microphones and Sim card slots. One other issue is that the was a checkbox for a supposed case at the checkout, which was not found in the delivery. Performance of the device otherwise has been very good although it was a little disconcerting to see the phone not in a factory reset state upon initial start up. Overall, even though I am happy with the device after fixing the issues myself, I cannot recommend Phonebot based on the experience I have had. I would be concerned that the lack of care and attention to detail would be inconsistent across their range and deliver more issues.

Good service and everything nothing really bad to say exceptexcept when I got the phone and charged it the battery dosnt even last I wasn't really happy with it but it's a good phone just need to get the battery fix as well

not about phonebot - was it toll ? who ever the courier , disassembled my front gate ' all they had to do was lift one latch ! and then left it open .. The walk to Fitzroy news agents was ok but Abbotsford PO or Collingwood PO are way closer.

it would be good if you can be given an actual description of the faults of actual handset you are buying. It would have been good to know there was a large scratch/crack on the screen before purchase. generic a grade or b grade description is not enough.

Yes the product came as described and was in condition described and with what was said. However no mention of tool needed to open sim card holder, and no sim card holder tool included. Had to improvise (which wasn't exactly that easy, but not hard either).

Need delivery to be quicker a few times now we have had to wait a week or two for orders to get delivery and even after paying for express post.

Ordered six days ago and haven't received the phone yet so don't have an opinion of the product yet. All just a bit slow, even after paying extra for express shipping.

Main reason for not using the Toll express shipping was their system outage which has made us to be a little cautious as we had more than 50 shipments effected under that cyber attack over Toll. Secondly your order waited 2 days before the processing because we had to wait for the verification of order from your end. After your confirmed, the 3 day it was dispatched and as per the tracking details it seems to be delivered. The purchase was easy. I am sure the phone will be great when I get it however they use Australia Post for delivery and the phone has been delivered to a poster office half an hour from home so I have yet found the time to collect it. What a disgrace Australia Post!

I paid for a grade A iPhonex. It was in good condition but i would not say it was a A grade, there was scratches all over the sides, charger and cable was not orignal and no earphones in the box.. not fully satisfied what i paid for..
