I purchased a 9.7" iPad - advertised as "Near New" - but on receipt, find that this iPad was manufactured in 2016 - has limited capability and the battery loses charge well before the end of the day. My wife only uses this iPad for basic games, Facebook and other simple features.
We found out how old this iPad was when we went to buy a protective cover. "Wow - this iPad is VERY OLD" the JB HiFi staff member said.
VERY disappointed in Phonebot - as several technical friends had recommended this brand.
