The service was prompt and I received a call to discuss a change of colour for the tablet I had ordered. My main concern is that the device arrived with no paperwork at all. No copy of the paid invoice and 12 month guarentee, but more importantly no instructions, not even a "quick start guide". The device is working well now that a tech friend has set it up for me.
