It took 3 days for my IPad Mini to be despatched so it was not received until 9 days after ordering. I thought this a little slow. However their communication was excellent when I emailed regarding delivery and so far I am delighted with my purchase. It has no marks at all and appears excellent value for money. I will use Phonebot again to update my phone when the time comes.

Purchased iPhone12, "like new condition". Impressed with the quality of the phone, also came with plug/cable/case. Customer communications could do with a bit of polish though, they come across as a bit abrupt wh3n you query something.

IPhone was excellent and happy with the price and is just like new but I do have some concern, and I am suspicious of the battery (life) as it is not an IPhone battery and the charger is not an IPhone charger both generic.

While searching for a phone, I found the PhoneBot websites gave clear information that enabled me to place an order promptly. The delivery was quick and I was updated about its progress. While finalising my order, I was a bit puzzled about the mention of free goods with the order, but I ignored it because I couldn't see what I was supposed to do. Then a Smart Watch turned up with my order, so I guessed that must have been the free goods. It's a mildly interesting addition, but I can't be bothered reading the instructions.

Phone came as desciption said, and so far (1 week later) no issues, other than geting used to a different phone!

Pretty good deals. If it wasn't for the original package missing, I'd bet the A grade phone I ordered was brand new.

Delivered late courtesy Australia Post. Phone seems like new. No scratches etc. cannot remark upon functionality as have only received last week

Found product easily and payment via PayPal very helpful. May I suggest that somewhere after purchase that you inform your customer that the delivery company will contact for delivery date?

The phone is excellent, but the charger is useless (5w). Also, the freebie heart rate monitor is not working. (please don't include useless freebies, if you really want to give something free put case covers or screen protectors )

Grade A is not too bad! Probably I am fortunate to get the phone which looks better than the picture reference provided in website. In terms of delivery, took a longer time than expected. No email to notify the parcel has been dispatched. Payment made on 30/5, received parcel 11/6 (not regional area) for reference.

I recently purchased a Samsung s22 Ultra. I'm very happy with the phone, postage was quick. The only thing that I can't comprehend is that I received a fitness tracker for free with the purchase that isn't compatible with Android. It's got me baffled.

I bought an iphone 15. The wrong charger was sent with it. I emailed and received no reply
