From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“The service and options of phones were really good. Unfortunately the extras (ie phone case and protector are very cheap ). I returned the first case after one day as it had a large crack down the side. It was replaced with a magnetic case. The buttons fell off after 2days. The phone is good so far but bony bother with the extras as they are really cheap and if poor quality”

“Price was great and the site is easy to purchase from but although I paid for express delivery my phone wasn't dispatched for 2 days and there was no express delivery sticker put on my item so the wait was much longer than expected.”

“Thanks for the great phone and good deal. Order confirmation and dispatch was a bit slower than the expected 1-2 days, but the package arrived promptly once sent.
