Purchase a refurbished Samsung S20 Ultra from Phonebot, it's a great phone and in new condition for a great price. This was the second time I had purchased through them and I am very happy with my purchase. However, Phonebot needs to work on its communication with purchasers. The documentation supplied with the order advised the phone had been shipped by Toll Priority but Toll didn't know anything about it... Turns out it was shipped via Australia Post.
