“I bought a refurbished iPhone 8 and am very pleased with it. However the phone arrived with free accessories which are great but the MagSafe charger has a USB-c plug which does not fit the 240-5 volt adapter used to charge the phone normally. Small mistake in handling but nuisance as I will have to buy another adapter.”

“The whole process was smooth but the only thing was that I had no idea what the battery health of the phone I purchased was like until it arrived. I'd suggest that is advertised as part of the phone advertising. Happy to be corrected if I missed it, but it certainly wasn't obvious to me.”

“Pretty good service. Unfortunately the wrong charging cord was with my phone but I believe this is being rectified. Last phone I ordered came with in two days from them so I was alittle disappointed when this took longer. Can not fault the customer service staff and the phone is just as described.”
