Phone is absolutely fantastic, second phone bought from PhoneBot.
The phone locked face several times, Samsung were going to charge me as it was not an Austrslian Model,
when I rang PhoneBot the person who answered was not at all helpful, didn't seem to have knowledge of phones and told me to send it back. I was told I would get a phone call and then sort it out.
I never received a phone call so I reset the phone, 3rd time, and removed all passwords and reloaded 34 Apps and data, what a pain.
So the phones are great but the support is very very poor!
