From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“I honestly had zero expectations when buying a refurbished phone. The 'like New' is exactly what it is. It is basically Brand new without the official box. It come with a case and phone charger. The phone is performing perfect. No scratches or dents. The battery life is amazing. The phonebot website was extremely easy to use. To pick your type of phone, then grade of ware. I received the phone within 4 days. With a public holiday in the middle. The price for a 18mth old phone is fantastic. I genuinely don't believe I'll be buying a new phone ever again.”

“Very happy. Purchased a refurbished Iphone 11 pro. The phone was exactly as described and in excellent conditon. Worked perfectly. Worked on the Australian networks without issue. They have a shop in Melbourne and they actually answer the phone, so when I called with questions before the purchase they were happy to assist. This is my second purchase from phonebot and I would totally recommend them.”
