I honestly had zero expectations when buying a refurbished phone. The 'like New' is exactly what it is. It is basically Brand new without the official box. It come with a case and phone charger. The phone is performing perfect. No scratches or dents. The battery life is amazing. The phonebot website was extremely easy to use. To pick your type of phone, then grade of ware. I received the phone within 4 days. With a public holiday in the middle. The price for a 18mth old phone is fantastic. I genuinely don't believe I'll be buying a new phone ever again.
