Established in 2012, Phonebot is a market leader in sustainable technology products. Our aim is to reduce carbon footprint by reusing or recycling technology products. From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“Requesting a return was a bit confusing at first, and I wasn’t really ‘walked through’ the process as one email stated. Just as I started to get concerned that my refund hadn’t been issued I realised I didn’t actually have an active return request yet! Other than that, it’s a great service and very happy with the products! PhoneBot is my family’s new default supplier! Thanks :)”

“Packaging was excellent and professional. The charger that was included as a gift is outstanding and the phone which was described as like new is like new. The phone is no more than 6 months old and is still available new. Because I bought from Phonebot I paid a little more than half the price of buying new. At this point, very happy and would buy from Phonebot again.”
