From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“The buying process and delivery of the phone were very good. The phone was packaged and protected very well and arrived very quickly. The phone it's self looked fantastic and was in great condition, we had no problems transfering our data from the old Samsung (S7) to the new one. Unfotuneatly we have had a reception poblem which we can't work out, it seems to have everything setup properly. We will have to send the phone back to get a refund which Phonebot offer.”

“I love my new phone !! it came within 3 days. I initially had issues with the battery staying charged so called pHonebot and they were FANTASTIC...stepping me through the settings to get better battery life. All is good now. Thank you Phonebot. I would highly recommend you.”

“The Customer Service was good but it took longer than expected to arrive. The phone itself has been hard to set certain things. The phone was for my Husband and so I have been trying to set it up to make it simple for him to use. I WOULD reccomend PhoneBot to anyone looking to purchase a cheap re-furbished phone.”

“Firt time every using PhoneBot or ever buying a phone out right. Got sick of buying from the big telcos and wanted something 2nd hand that wasn't going into landfill. Found these guys online, their reviews were pretty solid - and there's a reason - GREAT! Phone is better than what they adveritsed (battery life) and the phone came quick, boxed perfectly and without any scuffs or damage. Great service and I would highly recommend using PhoneBot to anyone.”

“Great device at a great price, however it took over a week for the device to be sent, but not really a drama as I didn’t need it urgently. The only fault or complaint I would have is that the previous owners name is engraved on the back of the device and that wasn’t known until I opened the packaging. Had I known that the engraving would be on there then I would have chosen a different device. That being said I’ll still be purchasing more products from Phone Bot.”
