Established in 2012, Phonebot is a market leader in sustainable technology products. Our aim is to reduce carbon footprint by reusing or recycling technology products. From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“I ordered a light blue colour phone case, but unfortunately, they sent me a black one instead. The quality seems fine, but it’s disappointing to receive the wrong colour. Hope the seller checks orders more carefully next time.”

“The phone was in the condition promised, but delivery was well outside the timeframe promised, and when I called, the response was pretty dismissive. After I posted my review, the company contacted me, apologised, and sent me a free phone case as a goodwill gesture. I appreciate that effort, though my initial experience wasn’t great.”

“After dropping my beloved Series 4 onto the bathroom floor and smashing the screen I couldn’t justify buying a new one from Apple as I was happy enough with the features on the 4. I found a Series 8 here on Phonebot, still new in the Apple packaging on sale for $359…wow! Customer service was amazing. 10/10 recommend.”
