“Ordered a phone cover. Ordered the wrong size. Sent it back for a refund, but disallowed as I had opened the box. But they kept the cover. I paid for it, they refused a refund but kept the case.”

“I’m very happy with the condition of the phone I ordered and appreciate the included screen protection. Staff contacted me to sort out a mistake I made with a phone case. My only suggestion is to use small plastic bags for the SIM card needle as mine has scratched the phone slightly during transport.”
